The CLA Service Offering Summary
Adapting to a changing and complex environment requires the ability to understand the surrounding context and system, to know what beliefs and practices are core to the organization’s being and which, although valued, are ultimately expendable. It requires the fortitude to tolerate the disequilibrium of the change process and the awareness and skill to help others do so.
We are committed to supporting organizations through the extended change process and to imbedding the capacity to do this work in the organization and it’s people so that they will be able to sustain change and continue to thrive on their own, without CLA involvement.
The activities that support these purposes fall into five levels of increasingly deep engagement:
