Kristin von Donop has more than 20 years of experience helping clients achieve strategic change in the private, public, and non-profit organizations. Kristin has taught leadership to diverse audiences as faculty for Harvard University’s Executive Education programs. She has earned the trust and respect of senior executives running multi-billion dollar businesses, governments, and executive directors of state and local non-profits. Her clients include Microsoft, the Judicial Council of California, and the New York Center for Charter School Excellence. She is known for her ability to mobilize people at all levels to identify their most significant challenges, generate new solutions and exercise the leadership required to implement them.
Kristin head’s up CLA’s Health Care Practice and fosters the firm’s commitment to health and wellness. CLA approaches this space broadly, working with Government, Provider, Payer, Pharmaceutical, and Biotech organizations. Kristin began her career working for both non-profit and private hospitals.
Prior to joining CLA, Kristin was a leadership consultant for the top 10% executives at IBM and previously was a member of the Organization and Human Performance practice at Accenture. She is passionate and tenacious for her client’s success. Her professional experience includes roles in strategy development, leadership development, and strategic execution.
Kristin holds a BS in International Business from Northeastern University in Boston, MA and MS in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Rensselaer in Troy, NY. She is an avid motorcyclist and has toured New England, Northeast Canada, Northern California, and New Zealand.
